Welcome to Beyond Home Health Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including home health care, personal care, and related support services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.


1. Services Provided

Beyond Home Health Care provides non-medical and/or medical home care services as outlined in your service plan. The scope, frequency, and nature of these services will be agreed upon in writing before services begin. Any changes to the agreed services must be approved in writing by both parties.


2. Eligibility

To receive services, you must:

  • Be of legal age or have a legal guardian sign on your behalf.

  • Provide accurate health and contact information.

  • Follow any safety or health guidelines provided by our staff.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients (or their representatives) agree to:

  • Provide a safe, clean, and respectful working environment.

  • Treat our caregivers with courtesy and dignity.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes in health condition, address, or contact information.

  • Comply with agreed schedules, including notifying us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations.


4. Fees and Payment

  • Service rates will be provided in writing before commencement of services.

  • Payments are due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Additional charges may apply for services outside the agreed plan.


5. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, staff illness, or unsafe conditions.


6. Medical Disclaimer

Beyond Home Health Care staff may provide certain medical-related support only within their professional scope and licensing. We do not replace emergency medical services. For emergencies, call 911 immediately.


7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.


8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

  • Clients: Provide at least 7 days’ notice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Beyond Home Health Care: May terminate immediately if unsafe working conditions exist, there is non-payment, or if staff are subjected to abuse or harassment.


9. Liability Limitation

While we strive to provide high-quality care, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions.

  • Client’s failure to follow medical advice.

  • Third-party actions beyond our control.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be provided in writing or posted publicly. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the new Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beyond Home Health Care operates.
